With warmer weather finally arriving in March, work is progressing on the new Marchant Library on the Main Street of Scranton.
On Friday, March 7, workers were installing the shingles on the roof. More seasonable temperatures will help increase the pace of the construction that stalled during the extreme cold this winter. ~The Scranton Journal
